NEAPOLITAN PIZZA

INGREDIENTS :

calc450 g (1 lb) of pizza dough
calc14 oz (398 ml) of canned PRIMO Whole Plum Tomatoes
calc ¼ tsp of chopped oregano
calc3 tbsp of GALLO Pure Olive Oil
calc1 tbsp of UNICO Capers, drained
calc4 UNICO Fillets of Anchovies, drained
calc4 basil leaves
salt & pepper

PREPARATION:

Preheat the oven to 230°C or 450°F. Place the tomatoes in a bowl with the oregano, a pinch of salt and the oil. Chop the drained capers and anchovies together with the basil leaves; add to the bowl and season to taste.

Divide the dough into four and press into rounds on greased baking trays, building up the edge of each one slightly to contain the filling. Spread with the tomato mixture and put in the hot oven 20 minutes, or until the pizzas are crisp and golden.

PREPRATION TIME: 20 minutes
