calc375 g PRIMO GrainWise Whole Grain Penne Pasta
calc ½ cup UNICO Julienne Cut Sun Dried Tomatoes packed in oil
calc1 tbsp UNICO Capers (drained)
calc ½ cup UNICO Marinated Artichokes (chopped)
calc ½ cup UNICO Sliced Black Olives
calc ½ cup UNICO Roasted Sliced Red Pepper OR
calc ½ fresh red pepper chopped into cubes
calc ½ cup Unico Roasted Yellow Pepper sliced
calc ½ fresh yellow pepper chopped into cubes
calc ¼ cup UNICO Premium White Balsamic Vinegar or UNICO White Wine Vinegar
calc6 tbsp PRIMO Extra Virgin Olive Oil
calc ½ cup feta cheese (crumbled)
calc1 tsp of Oregano
calc1 clove garlic chopped
Salt & Pepper to taste

Cook Pasta in large pot of boiling salted water until just tender but still firm to bite, stirring occasionally. Drain. Rinse pasta under cold water for 30 seconds. Transfer to large bowl and let cool.
Add sundried tomatoes, capers, artichokes, olives and red & yellow peppers. Mix the vinegar, Olive Oil, garlic & oregano together and add to bowl. Garnish with the Feta cheese. (Can be made 6 hours ahead.) Cover, chill. Bring to room temperature before serving.
