Wash, dry and quarter the tomatoes. Wash, dry and finely slice the rocket leaves. Put in a salad bowl. Remove the pits from half of the olives.
Prepare the pepper. Wash and cut the yellow pepper in half, removing the seeds and pith, then slice into matchstick strips. Add to the bowl along with the drained and chopped, tuna and anchovies, stoned black olives and chopped mozzarella cheese.
Beat the oil and vinegar together in a small bowl with a seasoning of salt and pepper. Pour over the salad, mix well and serve. Garnish with whole black olives.
