Heap the flour in a mound on a board and make a well in the center. Add the eggs, 3 tablespoons of oil, sugar and yeast to the well. Mix with your hands, then knead until the dough is smooth, soft and elastic.
Roll dough out into a very thin sheet. Using a fluted pastry wheel, cut it into 3 x 6cm strips. Deep fry strips in hot oil a few at a time. Drain on paper towels. Arrange on a plate and sift the powdered sugar over them before serving.
